- IEKO Trading Terms
- Welcome to IEKO (k.nunhofer t/as) ("We, "Us" or "IEKO"). Please note that You, ("You" and "Your") as a purchaser of Products made available through IEKO ("Products") and Your use of products provided by IEKO is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").
- Payment Methods
- IEKO accepts most major credit and debit cards. We employ the services of Paypal to receive your payment and to ensure the best security of your details.
- Order Confirmation
- Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail.
- Out-of-Stock
- If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we aim to notify you within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Can sizes may be substituted to make up the required order.
- Delivery
- Paints are delivered by courier. The cost of delivery is £4.99 for each order irrespective of size (UK mainland only – please enquire as to delivery costs to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). Next working day delivery is normally available if ordered before 12.00 noon, but it may take longer. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising. IEKO does not export or deliver outside mainland UK.
- Defective items:
- You can always return items if they are defective. We check every can of paint before despatch and consequently errors are very few. If you discover a fault with one of our products please email or call us on 01342 824466 to discuss the nature of your concern. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. When confirmed our staff will arrange what is to be done about correction of the defect.
- Returns:

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you
are entitled to a seven working day cooling-off period in which time you
can cancel your order in writing and return the unopened goods to
receive a full refund. Please note that the cost of returning the goods
to us will be met by you the customer.
After this period, unopened paint can be retuned within 28 days of the sale however a 25% handling charge may be applied. You are responsible for the safe and efficient method of returning the goods. If goods are returned in a damaged condition no refund will be made.
Please be aware that bespoke colours are not refundable - Sale of Goods
- All Products are believed by IEKO to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to IEKO immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by IEKO in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to IEKO. The liability of IEKO will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded. Please read all instructions and product data sheets carefully.
- On-screen Colour Representation
- Computer screens cannot represent all paint colours accurately or consistently. We recommend that you ask for a colour card or purchase sample pots where available before making your paint order. Please order sufficient paint to complete your project as colours may differ slightly between batches.
- Privacy Policy
- By completing an order on the website You agree that We, or our card acquirer, are able to store Your data for the purposes of completing your order. We will not pass your information on to other parties. It may be possible to send You from time to time, details of other goods or services We provide. Please let us know if you don’t want to receive any extra information from us. We endeavour to protect the information You provide and there are various security procedures that have been put in place.
